About Sabine
I spent three decades at the heart of Parisian professional and social life — managing restaurants, directing operations, advising business leaders. Paris is not a backdrop for me. It is home, deeply known.
I speak fluent English, I love good wine (particularly Burgundy), and I believe the best moments in any city are the ones nobody planned. My role is simply to make sure you find them.
